The House of Carbonadi was created to elevate the premium spirits category around the world, with the release of its first luxury vodka brand. Gone are the days where vodka was defined as odorless and tasteless. Carbonadi exudes character and personality, and is full of flavor. It’s creamy texture like that of a fine Piedmont wine is like silk when it glides across the tongue. The impurities that are extracted by the carbonados, or rare black diamonds, leave an extremely clean liquid with minimal hints of ethanol. Carbonadi is a sipping vodka that connoisseurs and novices alike can appreciate and enjoy.

Piemonte is in Italy’s northwest and borders Switzerland and France. True to the meaning of its name (foot of the mountain), Piemonte is a land of mountains. It is surrounded on three sides by the Alps, with the highest peaks and largest glaciers in Italy. Piemonte is commonly referred to as a ”culinary heaven”, given the abundant nature of red wines and white truffle.

This region has many other facets: from Turin – the Italian car manufacturing capital – with its history and remarkable cultural heritage, to other cities such as Cherasco, Alba and Ivrea. But it is Lagnasco that is the precise home of Carbonadi. Lagnasco is a commune in the Province of Cuneo, located about 50 kilometres south of Turin and about 30 kilometres north of Cuneo.

The Black Diamond Martini is the epitome of a classic martini, stirred not shaken. Stirring protects the liquid from excessive dilution and preserves Carbonadi’s refined finish.
